At our high school, nearly 75% of engineering classes are assistant taught by a robotics club student. Furthermore, we have students visit both middle schools twice a week to help assistant teach there, as well as advise on new curriculum writing.
Nearly 50% of our mentors are club Alumni, all of whom work in STEM fields now.
For the past two years, every student has been offered an STEM internship previous to graduating. Internships are the cornerstone of career experience and success, which is why we focus on expanding our community connections to get those opportunities for our students.
